Obituary for Joe R. Graser

Joe R. Graser, age 64, of Wooster, entered into rest on Friday, April 7, 2017 at Smithville - Western Care Center in Wooster following a short illness.

He was born on May 17, 1952 in Wooster to Walter H. and Dorothy M. (Miller) Graser and has been a life long resident of Wooster.

He had previously worked as a Sanitation worker for many years and also for over 3 years, as a groundskeeper with the Wooster Cemetery.

He enjoyed fishing and hiking.

He is survived by his 5 sons, Joey Graser of Ashland, Walter Graser of Creston, Andrew, Brian and Jamie Graser all of Wooster; 4 grandchildren and a host of friends.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his 4 brothers, Frank, Clarence, urvin and Tom Graser and a sister, Eleanor Miller.

Services will be Wednesday, 1:00 p.m. at Custer-Glenn Funeral Home in Wooster with Celebrant Samantha Hunnicut officiating followed by burial at Reedsburg Cemetery.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 6 - 8 p.m. at Custer-Glenn Funeral Home, 2284 Benden Dr., Wooster.

Memorial contributions may be made to help with expenses and in lieu of flowers to: St. James Episcopal Church, c/o Wooster AA meetings, 122 E. North St., Wooster, Oh. 44691.
