Obituary for Luanne Reyneee Planisek

Luanne Reynee Planisek, age 51, of Wooster, entered into rest,Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at her residence following a long and courageous battle with cancer.

She was born on December 5, 1964 in Wooster to William and Virginia (Torrence) Richardson and has been a lifelong resident of the area.

She married William Thomas Planisek on September 16, 1989 in Wooster. He survives.

In addition to her parents of Apple Creek and Wooster and her loving husband, she is survived by a son, Chandler T. Planisek of the home, daughters, Samantha (Joshua) Humphrey of Wadsworth, Oh. and Rianna (William) Thomas of Novelty, Oh.; grandchildren, Benjamin and Sydney Humphrey and Elise and Liam Thomas; a sister, Jackie (Richard) Smith of Apple Creek; Step-sister, Cindy Torrence of Holmesville and a step-brother, Brian (Crystal) Torrence of Shreve; her mother-in-law, Helen Jean Planisek of Brook Park, Oh.; a good friend, Sheryl Cooper; paternal grandparents, Fred and Margaret Richardson and Maternal Grandparents, Harry and Irene Miller and her faithful Rescue canine companions, "Lexi and Angel".

She is preceded in death by her father-in-law, Emil Planisek, a step-father, Glen Torrence and a step-brother, Richard Hall.

It was her wishes there be no services. A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family at a later date.

Custer-Glenn Funeral Home in Wooster is honored with serving the family.

Luanna's fight is now over. She had many victories and defeats along this journey, but she faced them all with dignity and humility and still she never lost hope! During this time, she shared with all those around her of what courage truly means.
We so lucky few who got to see her everyday will miss her with all of our broken hearts!
Luanne now rests in eternal peace with our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Praise Be To God!

We, her family would like to thank all those who cared for Luanne along her journey; The Cleveland Clinic, the Wooster Oncology Dept., and Life Care Hospice of Wooster.

A special thanks to Dr. Mark Larj and family and to all of her close friends at the practice and others and to all of her patient's who always gave many good wishes. Also, thanks to Leonard Buckner and Family and all of Bill's friends who have provided much love and strength during this time.
