I was a student of Dale Moore from 1967-68 at SIUE. He taught me so much about technique and I was able to perform a graduate recital I could not have sung without his tutelage. Having been a student of Marjorie Lawrence for three years, I always said I learned the drama from her and the proper way to sing it from Mr. Moore. He was a kind and patient man, and I will always cherish having studied with him. Condolences to his family. Karen (Petty) Clayton. MM 1967.
