I will always be grateful to Dale Moore for his influence and help in securing my employment at Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. as Staff Accompanist. His influence paved the way for many wonderful musical experiences with him and his students in recital and NATS competitions, also Metropolitan Opera Auditions. He was a positive influence in the lives of all he touched and he created a sad vacuum when he moved from the St Louis area. Dorothy, my wife, and I send our condolences to Roseanne and we are thankful for the many good times we have had together. John Gross, Sunset Hills, Mo.
