Obituary for Norville G. Mullins Sr.

Norville Golden Mullins, Sr., age 79, of Warsaw, Ohio, entered into rest on Saturday, June 4, 2016 at Canton Aultman Hospital, Canton, Ohio following a period of declining health.
He was born on April 25, 1937 in Tioga, W.Va. to Robert Allen and Delsie Marie (Johnston) Mullins.
He had served with the 101st Air Borne in the U.S. Army from September 26, 1955 - September 30, 1961.
He married Vina Leona Patrick on October 12, 1957 in Cowen, W.Va. She survives.
He was a tree trimmer for Stonebreaker Co. of Wooster at the time of his injury. His hobby was a shade tree mechanic and enjoyed working with vehicles and was a nature lover.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Norville "Bo" Golden Mullins of Warsaw, Ohio, Dwight Lee Mullins of Lagrange, IN., Paul "Smiley" I (Brenda) Hayes of Tioga, W.Va., Terry "Kevin" Mullins I, of Shipshewana, IN., Carmen Marie (Danny) Jarvis of Craigsville, W.Va., Richard Dwight (Sheena) Mullins of Coshocton, Oh.; 23 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren; brothers, Elmer "Leon" Mullins of Tioga, W.Va. Shelby "George" Mullins of Shreve, Randall Mason Mullins, I and Gary Allen (Clorda) Mullins all of Tioga, W.Va.; sisters, Ruby Katherine (Paul) Myers of Wilmot and Juanita Kathleen Radcliffe of Shreve; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Local visitation for family and friends will be today (Wednesday) from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. at Custer-Glenn Funeral Home in Wooster.
Services will be Friday, 12:00 p.m. at Tioga Christian Church, in Tioga, W.Va. with Elmer "Buzz" Leon Mullins, II officiating with burial to follow at the Mount Olive Cemetery next to the church.
Visitation will be Thursday at the church from 6 - 8 p.m.
