Condolence: My mother has been a resident at Shady Lawn for several years and Heather was her favorite nurse. Heather never failed to treat her with kindness and compassion even when Mom was having a difficult day. She had a tremendous heart that touched everyone she met and there are many times I would end up standing at the nurses station after my visit with Mom and end up visiting with Heather. It didn't matter how busy she was, she always had time to give you a smile. I know that she will be missed at Shady Lawn tremendously by the residents and their families. My deepest sympathy goes out to her family.
