Obituary for Pamela M. Onofrietti

Pamela M. Onofrietti, age 67, of Wooster, went home to be with the Lord, Monday, December 16, 2013 at Smithville-Western Care Center in Wooster following a long illness.
Private services with interment will take place Saturday, at the convenience of the family. A Celebration of her life will also take place in Camden, ME. in the summer of 2014.
Memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to: Hospice Life Care, 2525 Back Orrville Rd., Wooster, Ohio 44691.
Custer-Glenn Funeral Home, in Wooster is honored with serving the family.

She was born on December 2, 1946 in Newark, N.J. to Donald and Margaret (Slager) Beaton.
Pamela graduated in 1964 from Island Trees High School in Levittown, New York. She married Phillip Onofrietti in 1970 - they were married for 10 years.
She worked as an Operations Manager for many years in New York City at her brother's company called Special Courier Service.
She lived in Long Island New York and later relocated with her daughter to Fort Collins, Colorado in 1990 and eventually to Wooster, Ohio in 1997.
Pamela was an avid reader, enjoyed shopping, traveling, playing games, walking, nature and especially spending time with her grandchildren.
She attended Wayne Presbyterian Church in Wooster.
In addition to her mother of East Millinocket, ME., she is survived by her daughter, Tracey (Brett) Erickson of Sterling, Ohio; her 5 grandchildren, Matthew, Lauren, Lindsey, Elise and Ella; siblings, Dana (Marty) Beaton of Whitehall, PA., Bonnie Betts of Woodville, ME., Donna (Richard) Dilg of The Villages, FL., Barbara Hanlon of Orono, ME., Brian Beaton of East Millinocket, ME., Barry (Lee) Beaton of Dingmans Ferry, PA., and Kerrie Lall of Augusta, ME.; a brother-in-law, Dominick Mauro of Clermont, FL.; numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by a sister, Laurie Mauro and 2 brother-in-laws, Donald Betts and Bill Hanlon.
