Obituary for William H. "TOGETHER AGAIN" Noffsinger Sr.
William H. Hoffsinger, Sr. age 84, of Wooster, entered into rest, Saturday afternoon, June 16th, 2012 at Sycamore Run Nursing Home in Millersburg.
Services will be Friday, 11:00, at Custer-Glenn Funeral Home, 2284 Benden Dr., Wooster with Pastor Eric Fairhurst officiating followed by interment at Eastside Cemetery in Fredericksburg.
Visitation will be one hour prior to services on Friday from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m.
He was born on July 22, 1927 in Muhlenberg County, Ky. to William Adrian and Eunice (Kendall) Noffsinger.
He moved to Ohio in 1949 living in Millersburg, Fredericksburg, Apple Creek and Wooster and has been a Wayne County resident for most of his life.
He married Sara D. Petersheim. She entered into rest on July 31, 1993.
He worked at Rubbermaid and then retired after 22 years of service; He was a member of Westwood Baptist Church in Wooster and enjoyed gardening, fishing and was an avid hunter. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family.
He is survived by his son, William Harold (Barb) Noffsinger, Jr.of Wooster; a daughter, Karen Sue (Les) Radcliff of Holmesville; grandchildren, Dustin Neal Noffsinger and Misty (Chris) Robinson; great-grandchildren, Madison and Kaydance Noffsinger, Kamri and Seth Robinson; a sister, Mary (Justin) Bradshaw of Jacksonville, Fla. and a step-sister, Shirley (John) Doss of St Louis, MO.
In addition to his loving wife, parents and step-mother, Elizabeth Noffsinger.
