Obituary for Colleen K. McDonough Jacobs

Colleen K. McDonough-Jacobs, age 48, of Wooster, entered into rest, Friday June 10th, 2011 from injuries sustained in an accident in Wooster.
Services will be Saturday, 1:00 p.m. at Custer-Glenn Funeral Home, 2284 Benden Dr., Wooster with Pastor Jerry O'Brien officiating. Friends may greet family following services at the funeral home until 3:00 p.m.
A private interment will then take place at the convenience of the family.
Memorial contributions may be made to help defray expenses and In lieu of Flowers to the funeral home.

She was born in Ironton, Ohio on August 5, 1962 and has been a Wooster resident for all of her life.
She enjoyed fishing and camping; loved dancing and music. She loved to care for many types of animals; most of all was a loving wife and loved spending time with her family and especially her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by her mother, Kathleen (Merlin) Haskins of Canaan Center; 2 daughters, Gayleen Nichole Tarpley and Delphine Tarpley both of Wooster; 3 grandchildren, Damon, Davion and Donovan; 2 brothers, Charles "Chuck" McDonough and Shawn McDonough both of Wooster; 2 sisters, Sheila (John) Ewing of Bolivar, Ohio and Jeannine (John) Snyder of Moreland; nephews, Patrick and Shannon McDonough with many other nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and her faithful canine companion, "Harley".
In addition to her loving husband, Billy Ray Jacobs, she is preceded in death by her father, Charles Joseph McDonough; a sister, Mary King, a brother, James McDonough, sister-in-law, Cindy McDonough and her life-time friend, William Tarpley. She will be deeply missed by many family members and friends.
