Condolence From: Dinie Swank
Condolence: My heartfelt sympathy to the Carr family. Fran was the first friend I had in the fourth grade when we moved to North Hill. We remained friends until we graduated from North High. I lost track of her after graduation but she always remained a memory in my mind and heart. She was a great person then and I am sure she was a loving mother and wife. I spent a lot of time at her house where I was always treated with kindness. May you RIP my old friend. I am sure you will be missed so much by your family.

Condolence From: Janet Foltz
Condolence: Such a kind and genuine person. At times I would seek her out for one of her heartfelt hugs even though I am not a "huggy" person. I enjoyed it when she would volunteer to read scriptures at a meeting because she was so sincere. It is easy to say 'she will be missed' but that is a very true statement. My condolences to the whole family. Janet Foltz
