Condolence From: Lynne
Condolence: Dear Dad
In a few weeks another year has gone by without you or mom. There are so many times I wish I could talk to you . You might have thought I didn't listen to your advice, but I was.
Again, I'm sorry things turned out the way they did.
All my love to you and mom. Lynne
See you on the other side.

Condolence: Dear Dad, in a few days it will be 3 years you left Chuck and I to be with Mom. I can't tell you how much I miss you and Mom and Chuck. I know you're in a better place. And I know you never meant things to turn out the way they did. See you on the other side. All my love Lynne

Condolence: I met your folks 40 years ago when my family bought a condo in Breakers West on Sanibel. Your Dad was President of the Association at that time. Through the years, until your Mom's death, I would see Jerry and Joanne every November on Sanibel. Great memories of a very dear couple.

Condolence: We were very sorry to read of the passing of Dr. Bonsak. He was our "Good Doctor" through the terms and births of our daughter and son, after some previous medical difficulties. They are now in their forties, successful and happy, each with two children of their own. We will always be grateful for Dr. Bosnak's medical expertise, and also for his kindness and friendliness duriing all the years that we knew him. I once pointed out Dr. Bosnak from a distance to our daughter who was about 3-4 years old at the time. I told her that he was the doctor who was there when she was born, to which she said, "I know--I said 'Hello Dr. Bosnak.'" We hope he knew how much his patients trusted, appreciated, and truly liked him. And hopefully many babies greeted him by name when they were born!

Condolence: My sympathies go out to the Bosnak Family. I first met Jerry, Joanne, Jeff, Lynne and Jennifer back in the late sixties when the family among others wanted to start a summer swim team program. I knew right away that the family was committed to begin a program. I was fortunate to become a coach of Jeff, Lynne and Jennifer. Joanne and Jerry helped to organize the Wooster Parks and Recreation Swim Team Parents Organization ( now in its 50th year). Jerry and Joanne were always very helpful and kind to me and in many ways mentored me in my youth. I thank the Bosnak family for that.
Jerry later on delivered two of my sons. One was born on the day of the big Freedlander Swim Meet which caused Jerry, Dr. Slagle and myself to leave the meet for the birth of my son Todd (Aug 5, 1972).
My deepest sympathies to the Bosnaks and please stay in touch.

Condolence: To the family of Dr Bosnak,
My sympathy goes out to you on the passing of your father. I first met Dr. Bosnak when I was pregnant with my second child, who is now 55 years old. My second meeting was when I became an OR Nurse at WCH in 1962. Dr Bosnak was a dedicated surgeon who was a joy to work with. He was a pioneer as he was the very first surgeon to use laparoscopic surgery at WCH. I had the pleasure of helping on the very first case he performed.
I last saw him at Bishops in the summer of 2016. He will be sorely missed.
May you find peace in your memories of your father.
Sincerely
Joy Varner

Condolence From: Alisa Waggoner Smith
Condolence: Sending prayers to your family from Texas. I was one of the 4,000 babies Dr. Bosnak brought into this world almost 47 years ago. My mother said he was one of the nicest physicians she had dealt with. He knew my grandmother Joan Waggoner and made sure my mom was well taken care of. Rest in peace sir.
