Beatrice "Bea" Grebus, age 79, passed away peacefully on August 26, 2018, surrounded by her family. Her husband of 46 years, Peter, preceded her in death. She is survived by her beloved children, Marcella and Peter (Laura) Grebus, her siblings, Carey (Francis) Yee, Jack (Ann) Yee and Gene (Diane) Yee, numerous nieces and nephews, and dear friend Ruth Ann McCray.

The daughter of Chinese immigrants, Sam Jong Yee and Shee Fun, who immigrated to Cincinnati, OH in 1923 from the Chinese province of Canton, Bea was born on July 7, 1939 in Columbus, OH and raised in Cincinnati, OH with her siblings Louie, Virginia, Rosie, Annie, Mabel, Shirley, Grace, Carey, Jack, and Gene.

A resident of Wooster, OH since 1976, Bea was a long-time member of St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception and participated in many activities, including quilting, embroidery, cooking, and traveling to exotic locations. She spent her final years enjoying the company of family and friends and her beloved cats.

Graveside committal service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, September 7, 2018 in St. Mary Cemetery, Madison Ave, Wooster, OH. Fr. Stephen P. Moran will officiate. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to LIFECARE HOSPICE,1900 Akron Road, Wooster, OH 44691
