Obituary for Raymond S. Watts

Raymond S. Watts, age 82, of Doylestown, passed away unexpectantly on Saturday, September 10, 2016 at his residence.

He was born on December 23, 1933 in Barberton, Ohio, and was the only child to Sydney and Margaret (Spiegel) Watts.

After graduating from Barberton High School he then went to Miami University where he obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree.

He served in the U.S. Army before his discharge on October 31, 1962.

He was an avid golfer and was a sports enthusiast.

He is survived by his 5 children, Debra Cunningham, Donald (Brenda) Watts, and Victoria Watts all of Barberton, Janet (Thomas) Howell of Canal Fulton, and Mark (Sioux) Watts of Marshallville; 7 grandchildren, Jennifer, Timothy, Jacoby, Jace and Jayden Watts, Lexie and Sammie Howell; and his best friend, Denny Stephan.

His parents preceded him in death.

Memorial services will be Friday, 1:00 p.m. at Custer-Glenn Funeral Home, 2284 Benden Dr., in Wooster with Donald Wright officiating. Military rites will be conducted following services.
