Obituary for Isabelle S. "Ginger" Plant
Isabelle S. "Ginger" Plant, age 88, of Wooster, entered into rest, Friday, January 23, 2015 at Glendora Health Care Center in Wooster following a period of declining health.
She was born on October 3, 1926 in Pittston, PA. to George and Isabelle Haas.
She has been an area resident for many years and married Fred J. Plant. He entered into rest previously.
She is survived by her cousins, Verna Jane Mandicott, David Spencer and Judson Spencer all of Pittston, PA.
In addition to her parents, and husband, she is preceded in death by her first husband, George Parrick and a brother, George Haas.
Services will be Saturday, January 31, 2015, 3:00 p.m. at Custer-Glenn Funeral Home, 2284 Benden Dr., Wooster with Pastor Eric Fairhurst officiating followed by interment at Oak Grove Cemetery in Shreve.
Visitation will be 2 hours (1:00 - 3:00 p.m.) prior to services at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made in her name and in lieu of flowers to either: LifeCare Hospice, 1900 Akron Rd., Wooster, OH. 44691 or Wayne County Humane Society, 1161 Mechanicsburg Rd., Wooster, OH. 44691.
