Condolence: Kay,
Our deepest sympathy to you and your family in the loss of Lowell. He was a fine man and always talked to me and donnie and made us feel like friends. I pray for comfort and support of all around you. You are a special lady....If we had known he was at the Ohio State University we would of looked you up...Donnie was there also and in the Ross Heart Building. He had to have 4 more stints and has 8 now. We will continue to pray for each day to give you the strength to endure days ahead. We love you all. Sue and Donnie Smith

Condolence: Dear Kay and family,

We learned of Lowell's passing in the newspaper. We share your sorrow.
Our prayers are with you.

Let us pray:

Gracious God,

Thank You that You know everything that is going on. Nothing takes you by surprise.

You know that our hearts are broken, and what it will take to fix them.

You understand that nothing will ever be the same again. With time, help us to heal, and to create a "new normal."

But, for right now, wrap Your strong,
gentle arms around each one of us. Let us know that You are right here, sharing our grief. Let us lean on You. Guide us in the days, weeks... ahead. Show us the right way to go.

Thank You that we can come directly to You for comfort and advice.

You promised to be a Father to the fatherless, and a husband to the widow.
You promised to be whatever we need You to be. Help us to ask, and to let You be those things for us.

In Jesus' name,
Amen.

Love and continued prayer,
In Christ,
Trish and Darrell Emerson

Condolence: My sincere condolences.

I am going to miss the many conversations Lowell and I would have about money, politics, and life. He was one of the few people that I've had in my life that could disagree about something, knew we were going to disagree before talking about it, and come out on the other end still friends.

I'll also miss the opportunity to hear about his family - it gave me a chance to talk about mine as well. I loved hearing about his, and he always gave me the courtesy of hearing about mine.

Lowell will be missed. My and my family's thoughts and prayers are with you.
