Obituary for Dale L Radcliff

Dale L. Radcliff, age 70, of Shreve, went home to be with the Lord, Monday, March 14, 2016 at Life Care Hospice in Wooster following a brief illness. He was surrounded by his loving family.
He was born on June 3, 1945 in Tioga, W.Va. to Daniel Wade and Helen Lucille (Hinkle) Radcliff and has been a resident of Shreve for the last 50 years.
He married Juanita "Kathleen" Mullins on April 9, 1966 in Calvin, W.Va. She survives.
He previously worked for the International Paper Co. in Wooster for 31 years as a Press Operator and then worked for Tek-for in Wooster as a Machine Operator.
He had attended Calvary Baptist Church in Shreve; and loved to spend time with his family and especially his grandchildren.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons, Allen Dale (Shannon) Radcliff and Dennis Lee Radcliff all of Lakeville, Donald Mason (Mary) Radcliff of Big Prairie; 2 daughters, Anne Marie Radcliff of Navarre and Elizabeth Dawn (Dave) Montgomery of Fredericksburg; 12 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchilren; a brother, Terry (Carol) Radcliff of Marion, Ohio and 2 sisters, Barbara Radcliff of Baltimore, MD. and Linda Radcliff of West Virginia.;his canine companion and best friend, "White Fang".
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a grandson, Thomas Lee Radcliff; 6 brothers, Jack, Jim, Gary, Joe Donald and an infant brother, Danny Radcliff; a sister Evelyn.
A Local visitation will be Wednesday from 4 - 6 p.m. (This evening) at Custer-Glenn Funeral Home, 2284 Benden Dr., in Wooster.
Services will be Friday, 1:00 p.m. at Tioga House of Prayer in Tioga, W.Va. with Pastor Bob Friend officiating followed by interment at the Radcliff family farm in Tioga.
Visitation will be Friday, one hour prior (12:00 - 1:00 p.m.) to services at the church.
Memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to: Life Care Hospice, 1900 Akron Rd., Wooster, Ohio 44691.
The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the staff of Life Care Hospice for their concern and comfort given to Dale and the family.
