Rev. Webb was my pastor at one time until he took a different pastorate. He was a man of great faith and wisdom. His family served by his side with the many talents they have.
He loved his congregation and was loved greatly.
He and my husband kept in touch and had planned th celebrate his 100rd birthday together. They are both celebrating now in heaven.

What is the greatest reward of life?
Loving and living for Jesus Christ with all your heart and all your soul. Finding and developing your life’s calling and living it year after year with all the mistakes, the failures and with all of the greatness that comes along the way. Marrying your best companion, raising and guiding a family who will choose to live unwavering Christian values well, live holy, live the fight of making a difference for Christ in a hard world.

Woody’s life lived 97 years is full of his personal footprints deposited along the way. It is paved with miles upon miles of endless prayers, a journey of having touched countless lives, and he leaves behind a great heritage and legacy within his family who have and who are taking his mantle to continue the work of Christ. Woody was a rock solid man of God devoted to the love of his Savior. He never gave up on the Lord of his life. Absolutely he will be missed deeply, but his life, his beliefs, his strengths, his memory truly live on in his children, his grandchildren, his great grandchildren whom I am certain he paved all their lives in his endless prayers wrapping them.

To leave this earth and be in the arms of Jesus Christ has to be the most extraordinary moment he lived his life for and believed in with all of his heart and soul. His suffering and his fight here are over, now it is replaced by love and reward indescribable….the greatest reward of his life. I think he'd want all to know this.

Prayers of love and God's comfort are holding all of Woody's family❤
