Diane M.  Martin
Diane Marie Martin, age 69, of Wooster, passed away Friday, June 23, 2017 at her home.

She was born on May 24, 1948 in Wooster to James J. and Wanda E. (craft) Weideman.

She graduated from Smithville High School and spent much of her life as a cake decorator and baker.
She also had worked at United Telephone, El Rancho Grande, Wooster Embroidery, The Kaffee Haus, Ryan's and Buehler's.

She was a former member of the Wayne County Brown's Backers and held Dawg Pound season tickets for many years. She was also a former member of the Gold Wing Road Riders Association. She was an attendant of St. Mary's Catholic Church.

She is survived by a daughter, Darcee (Kevin) Cormany of Orrville; a son, Dan Martin of Wooster; 2 grandchildren, McKenna and Camden Cormany; two sisters, Carol Berkey and Connie (Charles) Leming of Wooster; a brother, Larry (Bonnie) Weideman of Mount Vernon; several nieces and nephews and their families.

She is preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Lori King.

There will be no public services.

A gathering of family and friends will take place at a later date at the convenience of the family.

Custer-Glenn Funeral Home in Wooster is honored with serving the family.
